Meet The Founder
Jennifer Bebbs
Jennifer has a true passion for the work she does. She is 100% client focused, and her clients see her not just as a consultant but as a trusted advisor and advocate.
She holds a business degree with a concentration in hospitality, the industry where she refined her professional skills, and earned her way to sales executive at a Fortune 100 company before moving into her dream career in real estate.
Licensed in Virginia since 2018 and now an Associate Broker, Jennifer has helped buyers and sellers through 93 home sales. Her strengths are negotiation, problem solving and customer service, and every client gets a strategy built around their own goals.
Away from work, Jennifer volunteers with organizations that build homes locally, is determined to try every restaurant in Richmond, and has a long list of hiking trips and cross country road trips behind her.

Thistle Brae Homes was founded to do real estate the way Jennifer always wanted to: fewer clients, more attention, and a level of polish usually reserved for the very top of the market, offered to everyone who walks through the door.
The name nods to the land itself. A brae is a hillside, and Central Virginia is full of them, from the gentle Piedmont to the Blue Ridge. Hardy, beautiful and rooted, the thistle is a fair symbol for the kind of brokerage we want to be.
